This policy explains what information Jotech Ltd collects through jotech.co.tz and how it is used.

Information we receive

When you build a request, the details you choose or type (service, project answers, your name, organization, phone, email and any note) are used to prepare a message. The message opens in WhatsApp for you to send. When you press the send button we also keep a copy of the request on our server so it is not lost.

When you search for a domain name, the name you type is sent to our server to check availability. It is not linked to you.

How we use it

• To reply to your request and prepare a quote.
• To arrange hosting, domain, email or other services you ask for.
• To support and improve our services.

WhatsApp and email

Messages you send on WhatsApp are handled under WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy. Emails to [email protected] are stored in our mailbox.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with providers needed to deliver what you ask for, such as domain registrars, and when the law requires it.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising cookies. If we add analytics, we will update this page.
